Bacon, Cheddar, and Chive Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 slices thick-cut bacon
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with chips or crackers. Dip can be served hot or cold. If serving hot, bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Or microwave 60 seconds, stir, then microwave an additional 30 seconds.

To pack it: If serving cold, simply pack the dip in a sealable plastic container. If serving warm, pack the dip in a heat-controlled dish, such as a Thermos container.
