Sweet & Spicy Korean-Style Ribs

1 rack St. Louis pork ribs
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 cup gochujang sauce
2 teaspoons salt

Combine brown sugar, paprika, and salt. Spread the rub over the ribs, and refrigerate 2-3 hours. Remove ribs, and let them sit 30 minutes at room temperature.

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 250. Cook ribs 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove ribs from the oven, top with the sauce, and cook an additional 30-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 Fahrenheit. Let ribs sit for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
