Lemon Parsley Pasta

2 servings bowtie pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once fully cooked, run the pasta under cold water to cool it. Add it to a bowl, then add olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, and parsley. Season it with salt and pepper as desired, then toss it together. Store it in the refrigerator or in a container with an ice pack until ready to eat.
