1 pocketless pita
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
6-8 slices pepperoni, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Top the pita with tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and bell pepper, then bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice into 4-6 slices. For best storage, pack it in a thermal lunch bag until ready to eat.
