
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded or canned chicken
8 ounces cream cheese
2 chipotles in adobo, chopped
3/4 cup ranch
1-2 cups shredded white cheddar
Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine all 5 ingredients and mix. Let it cook on low heat for 2-3 hours (IF cooking for 3 hours, remove the lid halfway through and mix the dip, so it doesn’t burn). Then, transfer to a dish and serve.
