12 ounces fresh lobster (watch this video for how to pick a lobster
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Generous squeeze of lemon juice
Sea salt and black pepper
4 slider buns, plus optional butter for toasting
Cut the lobster into chunks. In a bowl, combine lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and pepper; mix well.
If desired, spread butter onto the insides of the buns, and broil them on high 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Top the buns with lobster salad, and serve.
