Burrata and Prosciutto Toasts

2 slices Italian bread
2 tablespoons fig jam
2 slices prosciutto
1 piece burrata
Olive oil, for drizzle

Toast bread to desired crispness. Spread 1 tablespoon fig jam over each slice, then top with prosciutto. Cut burrata in half, and split it between the two pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
