2 pieces salmon, plus cooking spray or olive oil
1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Salt & pepper, to taste
Add cooking spray or olive oil to a large pan and cook salmon on medium-low, about 4-5 minutes per side. (Cooking time will vary depending on thickness.) In a bowl, combine dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Let salmon stand 2 minutes, then pour dressing over and serve.
