2 servings farfalle (1 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon packed fresh basil, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh Parmesan
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package instructions, and let cool 10 minutes. Toss pasta with lemon juice, olive oil, fresh basil, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm (not hot).
