1 1/2 cups farfalle pasta
1/2 cup calabrese salami, chopped
2/3 cup fresh provolone, chopped
1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Italian vinaigrette
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta and let cool (or rinse under cold water to quick-cool). In a medium bowl, combine pasta, salami, provolone, tomatoes, and vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
