
Ingredients:
1 box of macaroni and cheese, such as Velveeta
1 package bacon (about 12 slices)
1 pound ground beef, shaped into 4 patties
Oil, for cooking
4 burger buns
Directions:
Cook macaroni and cheese according to package instructions. Meanwhile, add bacon to a large pan and cook on medium heat until desired crispness. Wipe out pan, then add a splash of oil. Season patties generously with salt and pepper, and cook on medium heat, 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked as desired.
Top buns with patties, bacon, and macaroni and cheese, then serve.
