1 loaf sourdough bread
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup high-quality Alfredo sauce
10 ounces canned chicken (or shredded chicken)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 350. Carve out the center of the bread bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, alfredo sauce, chicken, and Parmesan. Season mixture with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into the bread bowl, then bake 15-20 minutes. Garnish with optional parsley, and serve with chips, crackers, or leftover bread (break bread into pieces, toss in olive oil, and broil 3-5 minutes or until toasted).
