
Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
2-3 tablespoons of crushed dark chocolate or mini chocolate chips
Directions:
In a bowl or large cup, add oats, milk, and Greek yogurt. Mix well, then add honey and chocolate chips, and mix once more. Refrigerate overnight (or at least two hours). Before serving, add an optional additional drizzle of honey, plus some shaved chocolate, if desired.
