Peanut Butter & Banana Roll-Ups

2 pieces of sourdough bread
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 of a banana, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon honey

Make sure sourdough is soft; microwave it for 10 seconds if needed. Then, using a rolling pin, completely flatten the bread as much as possible. Spread peanut butter over each piece, then top with bananas, and roll the bread tightly. Using a sharp knife, slice bread into 1-inch-thick pieces (picture them as mini cinnamon rolls). Then, drizzle honey over each piece. Air fry them at 350 for 5 minutes, or toast them in the toaster oven for 5 minutes.
