1 piece of sourdough toast
1/2 medium avocado, thinly sliced
1-2 tablespoons garlic aioli
Optional crushed red pepper
Fill a small sauce pan about halfway with hot water, then add the egg. Heat the water on high until it boils, then lower it to a simmer, and allow the egg to cook 4-5 minutes. Run the egg under cold water, and peel it.
Top a piece of toast with garlic aioli, avocado, and sea salt. Then, top with the egg, and thinly slice the egg to expose the yolk. Top the toast with crushed red pepper.
