1 cup sliced bell pepper, plus a splash of olive oil for sautéing
1/3 cup stir fry sauce
6 ounces chicken, cooked and chopped
1 cup roughly chopped cooked broccoli
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
In a large pan, add the bell pepper and a splash of olive oil, and cook it on medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Then, add the stir fry sauce, and let it simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. With about 2 minutes remaining, add in the chicken, broccoli, and water chestnuts, and let them heat up.
Remove the stir fry from the heat, and serve it as is, or pour it over white rice.
