Apple Crisp Mug Cake

This apple crisp mug cake is the perfect dessert recipe for one! It’s so cute and comes together in no time. An easy fall recipe idea and the perfect quick dessert recipe for any night of the week!

Ingredients:
For the apples:
1 heaping teaspoon of dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon of flour
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 small apple, chopped

For the crisp:
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
3 tablespoons of quick oats

Directions:
In a small bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, and flour. Add the apples to the bowl, and mix to fully coat the apples. Add the apples to the bottom of a coffee mug.

In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and oats. Then, top the apples with the oat mixture. Microwave the mug cake for 2.5 minutes, then let it cool for 1 minute. Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you’d like!
